ELITE TRADING 101
This is the first trade taught at our proprietary trading desk in NYC. All firm traders learn by cutting their teeth on this setup. This is a swing trade. This trade captures very large moves in stocks that have reported unusual fundamental news.
RETURN PULLBACK
Areas of resistance can offer great levels to trade off of. The Return Pullback trade reviews the trading opportunity that derives from a stock which fails to clear the inflection level - displaying a breakout failure.
SCALP TRADE
Scalping setups do not require large moves to be greatly profitable, and more often than other setups can offer a highly attractive risk/reward ratio.
STUFFED TRADE

MULTIPLE TIMEFRAME SUPPORT TRADES

MARKET PLAY TRADE
Some trading vehicles are tied to the overall market performance. Most notably SPY is commonly used as this captures the equity market as a whole, but the 'Market Play' trading setup can involve using one of many proxies to capitalize on market-wide movements.

BOUNCE TRADES
Catching a falling knife is a notoriously difficult trade that can result in large losses, drawing down as a company is trending lower. The Bounce Trade setup explains which signals to look for when timing entry of a downtrending stock.
GAP AND GO TRADE
Stock prices typically move away from their closing price either overnight or in the extended hours session before the open. The resulting price difference (gap) is the basis of the Gap & Go setup. Complementing the gap directionally, the morning session's characteristics are used to identify potential for follow-through.
LOW FLOAT TRADE
A favorite of beginning retail traders. Mostly because this trade is not as competitive as trading an AAPL when it has fresh news. A trade that requires extreme discipline and risk management.
