how would one go about recording their trading via screen capture? just looked around online and there appear to be a variety of software options, so i was curious if smb–or anyone really–could recommend one software in particular. i really want to start doing this!

Try camtasia and myscreenrecorder. You have to play around with both and make sure your computer can handle it.
