Jeff has been a trader st SMB for 4 years. In addition to trading, Jeff has been passionate about recruiting and developing top talent on the desk and has stepped into that role as head of recruiting.
He is guided by the principles that “you were meant to do something great” and “when you see it, swing the bat hard” and enjoys the process of getting to know potential candidates and learning how they may help the desk grow over the next 10 years while helping them reach their potential as people and as traders.
