This is not a scan I usually share, but I thought I would today.  This is the top 10% of the stock universe ranked by my relative strength ranking which is a complex measure that is very responsive to recent information but also has a long “memory” of past events.

These are the leaders… I know there are over 200 stocks here, and many of them are not extremely liquid, so you will have to do your homework.  Still, pretty much everyone should be able to find some things on this list that fit his style.
